We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with strong project management, content marketing and content creation skills to join our Enterprise Marketing Team. Great content is a crucial resource in our success - for lead generation, sales enablement and to inspire existing enterprise users to use Mentimeter in innovative ways. The perfect person for this role is a content marketing specialist who enjoys leading content marketing initiatives, creating content and inspiring others within a B2B marketing context. It’s a bonus if you have experience working with SaaS or Inbound Marketing previously.

As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Enterprise Marketing Team. This team aims to educate Mentimeter users on the benefits of our enterprise offering through education and inspiration to turn them into prospects for our Enterprise Sales Department. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager - Enterprise, Demand Generation Manager, and Marketing Automation Specialist to create written content that will help us reach our business goals in driving leads and nurturing our enterprise users. Further, you will work closely with our Sales Department to plan and create sales enablement content that will support them throughout the sales lifecycle.
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within SaaS or B2B marketing, eager to learn and take ownership of their content marketing. We believe that a brilliant person with the right ambition can leverage their time at Mentimeter.
Responsibilities for the role:
Create written content and copy for material such as blog posts, user stories, templates, emails, whitepapers, buyer guides, and other types of marketing materials for marketing campaigns.
Research, plan, coordinate and create sales enablement content closely with the Sales Department.
Lead and execute content marketing projects.
Measure the success and impact of your work on team KPIs and OKRs.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles, blog posts.
Identify Enterprise users’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Assist in editing and proofreading content others have written to ensure it follows Mentimeter brand guidelines and is ready to be published.
Support the rest of the team in other projects and tasks such as webinar moderation or content production.
Must-haves for the role:
2-3 years experience in a similar role as a B2B content marketer, content creator etc.
Proven experience in managing content marketing projects from start to finish.
Proven knowledge and success within copywriting, SEO, or Inbound Marketing.
Ability to write in English at a native-speaker level.
Understand and have an interest in concepts related to email marketing automation, customer engagement, and the customer journey.
Proven ability to create various written content - emails, blog posts, whitepapers, buyer guides, etc.
An excellent communicator with a passion for both writing and digital marketing.
Familiar with working with CMS tools and web analytics tools (Contentful, Google Analytics etc.)
Nice to have for the role:
Other content creation skills such as video or sound editing.
Ability to create content in other languages (aside from English or Swedish)
Previous experience from working in a SaaS company.
Not required:
You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is in English)
