Content moderator (Swedish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Tech Consultancy who is seeking to onboard Swedish speaking Content Moderator for their Lisbon offices.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate the comments posted on the website and in line with the client's policies
Review text based comments and related user profiles
Moderate and escalate violations of client's policies, using internal tools
Objective and high quality delivery/review for each case considered
Meet the weekly targets set (KPIs)
Prioritize the daily tasks in line with client's requirements
Ad-hoc duties, as required (i.e. support different workflows/products/markets, etc.).


REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written
Upper-intermediate level of English (B2), at least
Already located in Lisbon (relocation not supported)
Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly

Experience in navigating various internet websites including social media
Up-to-date knowledge of current national and international news
Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias

Customer oriented with focus on delivery
Analytical and highly detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
Stress-resilient and optimistic personality
Professional with strong work ethic and
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team.
