We are looking for a creative Content producer to be part of our Customer Success team. Our mission is to help our customers to achieve their goals through their interactions with us. To meet this we deliver and develop engaging training sessions, online courses and facilitate other events with focus on product adoption.
About the role
As a Content Producer you will be responsible for planning and developing digital content available to all our customers. You will primarly collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to develop online courses and related content in our LMS. We believe that you are a creative doer who’s not afraid to get hands-on when needed.
The Customer Success team is working closely with all customer facing teams at Voyado, and have joint KPI:s where customer satisfaction and growth are in focus. Of course we collaborate cross-functional to achieve our joint goals.
Main responsibilities
- Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs and simply, provides information about Voyado
- Manage the production of online courses (text, videos, images and related content)
- Write, develop, edit, publish content and copy that will help our customers understand the benefits and opportunities with Voyado
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to produce content that generates results
So, who are you?
We believe you have a creative mindset with the ability to mediate complex topics in terms that others can understand. You are a creative storyteller that always puts customer needs in the first place. You have a natural self-starter attitude and are used to working proactively with the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
You are flexible, and have a strong grasp for grammar, style, voice, and brand. You are used to working with subject matter of experts and turn information to inspiring content on digital platforms.
Your curiosity and tech-loving profile is a great asset to get a good understanding of Voyado and it's capabilities. By keeping one ear to the ground you are always up-to-date with customer needs and challenges, motivating you to develop or improve our digital content.
Skills & Background
- A degree, preferably within communication (University or vocational education doesn’t matter)
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Content Producer, preferably related to a SaaS product
- Strong writing, communication and video editing skills
- Have an understanding of how to create engaging content that will resonate with our target audience
- Ability to search for information - from both internal and external resources
- Fluent in Swedish and English - verbally and written
- Project management skills and a driven team player, you are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to embrace and understand a digital platform
Bonus skills
- Experience from retail, CRM or Martech
- Experience from working in an LMS (Learning Management System)
- Experience from of documenting and developing training material with emphasis on technical platforms
- Experience and good understanding for the mechanics behind loyalty programs
