Polestar aims to bring driving pleasure into a new era with an all-electric product offering of progressive performance cars that are designed and engineered without compromise. This will be combined with a hassle-free ownership and premium services, where all interactions and orders can be performed online.
We are looking for a Content production lead who will be coordinating content production for tactical campaigns, always-on and organic social for both paid and owned channels.
You work closely together with copywriters, art directors as well as other production leads to develop toolkits and tactical campaigns that to be activated by Polestar’s local markets.
You are the centre point, responsible for organising and planning upcoming productions considering both internal and external resource.
Moreover you will be responsible for planning, budget and content updates for our productions.
What you´ll do
• Production lead digital marketing campaigns related projects
• Coordinate, define, plan organic social content and toolkits
• Coordinate, define and plan always-on content and toolkits
• Define and keep project stage gates
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or digital technologies or similar
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, both paid and owned channels
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Marketing/ Communications
• Agency experience is preferred
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
We believe you are people person that quickly build relationships, you are also process-focused, with an eye for detail. You have a solid understanding of project management you can multi-task, and you’re hands-on. Last but not least, you embrace change and truly believe that the future is digital.
Ultimately, you should be able to help drive our efforts to achieve the business plan.
