Job Description
Now we are looking for a communicative and organizational Content Protection Team Lead to our attractive client in Stockholm. You will be a part of the Content Protection team who is responsible for enforcing the intellectual property policies on the client’s content catalog ensuring that the consumer experience is free from infringing content and that the properties of their licensors are respected. Together with your team you will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, Trust & Safety, Customer Support and other teams to develop sustainable and scalable solutions for claims management. The team is global and you collaborate with team members who are located in New York, London, Stockholm, Dubai and Mumbai. Your mainly tasks will be to lead Content Protection in its daily operations, be accountable for team performance, manage, develop and coach a team of 8 members around the globe by addressing their different needs, inspire and motivate remote team members, foster and support a healthy and collaborative team, continuously verify and improve processes, tools and documentation for claims management and escalations and finally work cross-functionally with a range of teams at our client.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- At least two years of relevant people management experience

Personal qualities
We are looking for a highly communicative (both written and verbally) and adaptable person who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. You are good on handling a high pressure environment and have a strong understanding of, and an interest in, music, podcasts, copyright and technology. You have a systematic approach to identify solutions, a good multi-tasker with excellent time-management and organizational skills. You are analytically minded and competent to interpret complex data.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position is expected to run in 8 months with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client.
