CONTENT STRATEGIST

Job Description
We are now looking for a Content Strategist on the behalf of our client in Lund.
In this role, you will deliver an outstanding coherent user experience on their developer portal.

You will be responsible for setting the dev-portal direction and UX to achieve the desired business outcomes, including securing the website complies with our client’s brand policies and legal requirements. You will lead their team of technical writers and marketers to create content and collaborate closely with their web infrastructure team. Depending on the need and occasion, you will also scope and manage specific assignments with external agencies.

As an individual contributor, you will create content for their developer programmes, at times working as the content designer for a specific programme. This is a strategic role; therefore, you will engage with the management and drive the dev-portal and outreach strategy that is aligned with the overall group’s objectives.

This role reports directly to the Director of Technology Promotion department and requires you to work onsite at the Lund office location at least 3 days/week.

Technology Promotion department helps the company’s business units to engage with external software developers through APIs/SDKs in the company’s products and solutions. Their team is diverse and performs a wide variety of exciting work to inspire and support API users to build game-changing applications that leverages on superior technologies.

Qualifications
- You understand the developer audience, device SDKs, REST APIs and how these tools enable business.
- You have a demonstrated ability to build & execute a marketing and content strategy with clear goals & objectives for product websites targeting developer audience.
- You have knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), keyword research tools, social media platforms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- You have proven work experience creating and editing technical content for target audiences across all platforms.
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written.
- You have experience working in a multicultural and large corporate environment, and experience with Japanese stakeholders is a big plus.
- Meritorious: The ability to create mockups of your content using Figma or similar.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-03-31 with possibility of extension.
