Web Manuals creates a cloud-based service for digitalization of manuals for the aviation industry across the world. By digitalizing aviation manuals Web Manuals enables a safer, updated and a more easily viewed information management for their customers.
Our cloud-based document management system is a tool for digitizing manuals for small to mid-sized flight operators. We help our clients become more successful, safe and happy by simplifying the editing process as well as the distribution of operational manuals.

We are looking for an excellent Content Transfer Associate
You will work as a part of our highly appreciated Customer Experience Team, based in our centrally located head office in Malmö. The objective of the role is to coordinate, perform and quality assure import of documents into customer sites using the Web Manuals application.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the delivery of content transfer projects within given guidelines. You will coordinate the work of the content transfer for customers in conjunction with internal project owner and perform content transfer and quality assurance of manuals for customers. You will also be responsible for communication with Content Transfer partners and customers.
You will be part of meetings with Customer Success staff to discuss, plan and prioritize the current production pipeline. You will be responsible for improving the Content Transfer Process as needed. You will also help with other in-house administrative tasks.
A successful candidate has the following qualifications
· You are a structured problem solver with a good ability to plan your own work, keep records and files organized.
· You love delivering high quality, you are thorough, detailed oriented and easily find inconsistencies. You are responsive to your findings and committed to your work at all levels. We feel strongly about digitizing and simplifying processes and we hope you feel the same way.
· You have the patience to stay focused.
· You can work independently and quickly get into new work-related situations.
· An interest and knowledge in systems and HTML is a merit and so is knowledge of the aviation industry and quality assurance.
· You are a clear and professional communicator in both written and spoken English.
· You can work independently and quickly get into new work-related situations.
· It’s meriting if you recently graduated from university.
