Setting: the recruitment processes all over the world

Characters: all candidates trying to show how they are relevant for a job, and all recruiters trying to find out who to hire

Conflict: almost half of all new hires fail (don’t meet expectations or quit), at the same time as companies are missing out on great talent (candidates are systematically being discriminated against based on age, gender, nationality, ethnicity, just to name a few)

Resolution: Alva to the rescue! With objective recruitment, Alva enables accurate and fair assessment of candidates. The right candidates get the job, without discrimination!

The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution to help global companies grow their teams in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place, completely free from bias and subjectivity. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3X per year and are in the exciting phase of launching Alva in new markets.

The role
Your job will be to, in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and some of our internal thought leaders (such as ➡️ Kajsa (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kajsaasplund/)⬅️, ➡️ Morgan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/morganpihl/)⬅️, ➡️ Hira (https://www.linkedin.com/in/hira-wasif/)⬅️, ➡️ Linnea (https://www.linkedin.com/in/linneabywall/)⬅️, and ➡️ Malcolm (https://www.linkedin.com/in/malcolmburenstamlinder/)⬅️), be the content machine at Alva. By combining internal and external talk and research, you will ensure there is always relevant content to publish across our different channels.

You will create blog posts, e-books, newsletters, one-pagers, and whitepapers to enable lead generation and an engaged audience. You will prioritize what should be of focus and through that, build out the content calendar.

You
Given what we do, we aren’t too concerned about your background. The foundation for a successful hire and match lies within your persona, rather than your CV. Perhaps you have a background in journalism, freelancing, or in-house content creation. Some sort of track record in professional content work will likely set you up for early success. But more importantly, we believe you are a task-oriented self-starter. A team player that takes ownership and has some project management skills. And obviously a skilled writer.

All content will be in English, so a native level will be needed. No need to speak Swedish, though!
