The customer is looking for an Contingent workforce management and VMS system specialist.

Experience from transformation of procurement, operations and management of contingent workforce and consultancy. Experience of implementing VMS systems such as fieldglass, beeline, vndly.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the customer in: Advisory role to project leader and project team. Supporting role.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Senior experience from Project management, Digital transformation, Contingent workforce management and VMS Systems.
- Knowledge in process development, business rules/policy development, digital transformation, contingent workforce management in general.
- Background in the industry, or from an international company that has done the transformation is a requirement.
