Continuos Improvement Manager

What are we looking for?
- Someone who can facilitate and embed Mondi’s continuous improvement techniques within the Dynäs Pulp and Paper operations in a safe and sustainable manner
- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities within the kraft paper production process from the wood yard to the paper machines
- Support mill development especially in harnessing the paper machine capacity
- Knowledge and significant track record of successively using manufacturing excellence tools, such as 6-sigma, Continuous and Deliberate improvement, RCFA and
Total Productive Maintenance
- Knowledge and extensive experience of Kraft Paper manufacturing
- Experience of large paper & pulp conversion projects
- Appropriate higher education (university) degree in the field of technology (additional management degree is a plus)
- International network
- Strong communication- and teaching skills
- Located in Dynäs, in the High Coast, Sweden.
