The Role
As Continuous Delivery Engineer, you will be part of the Enterprise Continuous Delivery team which is responsible for driving the Continuous Delivery initiative across the bank. The team consists of experts with overlapping knowledge within CD and Quality Assurance.

Your work will be focused on building and maintaining Swedbank's next generation Continuous Delivery pipelines to provide "CD as a Service" for enterprise usage. You will also support teams in implementing their version of the pipeline and be able to influence how the "CD as a service" evolves. The new CD pipelines are built using a Container platform as a base (OpenShift). Other tools that you will use to build up the "CD as a Service" are CloudBees Core/Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket including pull requests, SonarQube, Artifactory and many more.
In this position you will work across the bank and be part of leading the CD journey. It is a great opportunity to get to know many different parts of the bank which may accelerate personal development as well as career advancements.

Is this you?
To be successful in this role you have experience in software development. You have probably worked as a full-stack developer with insight in all the development phases. You also have several years of experience from creating state of art CD pipelines – from code commit, to production deploy, using the de-facto standard CI/CD tools available.

In addition, we think that you have: Deep understanding and experience in designing and writing Jenkins Shared Libraries in Groovy.
Interest in being hands-on in the software development. You are updated regarding common software development, build and script languages such as Java, Groovy, Maven, Gradle, Bash etc.
Knowledge in the area of PaaS (Platform as a Service) preferable experience from OpenShift.
Experience within Container technology and Container Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience from practicing "Configuration as Code" preferable using Ansible.
Hands-on experience from test automation and testing tools

You are a relationship builder with the ability to influence and motivate others. You are a true team-player who gets energy of achieving common goals but are also self-driven and used to take own initiatives. Since you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Swedbank’s "CD as a Service" it is important that you can keep a holistic view and make sure they do the right things as a company.

This role is placed at Swedbank’s HQ in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
