Continuous Improvement at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers in order to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. Electrolux launched Continuous Improvement through onbeat to accelerate overall business improvements and culture change enabled through lean & agile methodologies across the business.
The Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is responsible to provide insights to the overall performance of the function, support implementation of various workstreams evolving the framework and help grow employees’ skills in onbeat by self-sufficiently driving cross-functional workshops.
Key Operational Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for Business Analyst are:
· Provide insights on function’s performance and analyze gaps
· Coordination support to various initiatives within Central CI Team
· Track the progress of implementation of various CI initiatives
· Lead smaller core-team workshops and initiative workstreams
· Support the implementation the lean tools/methodologies & various CI trainings
· Support CI Manager in developing new topics, evolving the framework of CI
Candidate Requirements
You are independent, confident, have a lot of personal drive as well as ability to work with people at all levels of the organization with strong social skills. Overall a clear high-potential candidate with a genuine interest in having a career in Electrolux.
We expect the right candidate to have
- Master Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience after University graduation
- Strong project management skills
- Ability and willingness to lead presentations / workshops
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated to discover insights, trends, and patterns through data analysis
- Enjoys assimilating complex information into clear and effective presentations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, priorities and deadlines
- Detail oriented yet flexible and able to work in a fast-paced lean-environment
