Are you our new Continuous improvement driver?

We are now looking for a Continuous improvement driver to join the Project Management Office in Development & Service Operations Packaging Material.


The position is located in Lund.


Main responsibilities

-Drive Major improvement projects
-Drive Local process network & participate in global process network
-Support improvements and maturity in our development processes
-Support project reporting & KPIs


Qualifications

We believe you have excellent networking and communication skill, and the ability to manage the change in a challenging environment. You are open to change and motivated by building and implementing new ways of working.

In this role you need to have strong analytical, systematic and reporting skills. You will also need a strong quality focus and a continuous improvement mindset.

To succeed in the role you will need to build trust, collaborate and posses high level of informal authority with stakeholders on all levels as well as diplomatic skills.

We expect you to have a university degree in Engineering or other equivalent education. You also need several years of work experience in driving improvements, preferable within development processes or other relevant areas. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience from working with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum or World Class Manufacturing is seen as an advantage.
