Continuous Improvement Lead

As a Continuous Improvements Lead you are part of the Continuous improvement & Supplier Relations team.
You will:

• Learn our ways of working in the factory and the people
• Facilitate the development of improvements initiatives
• Lead improvement activities
• Develop and maintain a structure of activities
• Continuously work with feedback of improvements


We believe you enjoy exploring and understanding our processes, how they fit into the big picture and what this means for our customer. You like bringing people together and can show others the value of improvements. People like to follow you!
You can drive and facilitate improvements systematically and you know when to delegate. You see improvement opportunities in a global multivendor environment and can easily interact with manager as well as co-workers.
We think you have knowledge in ITIL and have experience working with structured improvement methods such as LEAN.
You possibly have knowledge of agile development and SAFe methodology.
