We are looking for a collaborative and driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to drive sustainable and transformational changes for Network Control Operating Unit. You will have the opportunity to combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements. You will be a key person strengthening the Continuous Improvement Culture in our global business environment. You will serve as a change agent within the business Quality and Continuous Improvement function, where you continually challenge conventional thinking and drive improvement of the document management and quality culture.
Your responsibilities
Identify, support and implement key CI initiatives across various value streams
Responsible of developing, driving and executing the Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework across various sites within the geography in line with agreed targets and plans
Work effectively together with colleagues to standardize processes, develop best practices and implementation. Be an inspiring leader and knowledge expert in improvements
Understand the organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs and suggest projects and improvement actions that support the objectives
Provide organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; track via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success
Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves
Drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on approach, continually challenge conventional thinking
Understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve business performance
Collaborate with key stakeholders across value streams and within various locations to achieve buy-in and sustainable execution

Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive and pro-active mindset and are a team player but equally comfortable working alone with different tasks
Knowledge of ISO standard 9001, knowledge in 14001, 45001 is an advantage
You enjoy working with developing, motivating and coaching others
Leadership experience it is a plus
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and preferably you hold a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
The role requires you to be a good communicator as well as structured and analytical
English is a must, Swedish and other language skills are a plus
