We are looking for a collaborative and passionate Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader to manage sustainable and transformational changes for Power Transformers, located in Ludvika, Sweden. You will have the opportunity to combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to strengthen the Continuous Improvement Culture in our global business environment.

Your responsibilities
Serve as a change agent within the business where you continually challenge conventional thinking and work to improve our quality culture
Develop and implement local continuous improvement initiatives
Implement global initiatives that are in line with the global targets
Be a bridge between the global Continuous Improvement Leader and local team in Sweden
Train local resources in Continuous Improvement tools
Drive local cultural change in line with the global strategy
Follow up the local roadmap of improvement projects
Your background
As person you have good listening and coaching skills to build trust with your team and different stakeholders
You enjoy working with detail-oriented tasks and can work independently as well as in a team
You have excellent documenting and writing skills
You preferably hold a university degree or have work experience from a similar area
You communicate well in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Experience of Lean Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5W or similar tools and methodologies
