Responsibility
As Continuous Improvement Manager you will support the organization in Alby, ensuring efficient processes and establishing a culture for continuous improvements. Further you should facilitate the onsite rollout and maintenance of the Leading Performance System which is a harmonized way of working.
Main responsibilities
Act as Lean Six Sigma black belt at the site and lead continuous improvement of lean concept.
Support the site leadership in improvement project idea generation, project chartering, action planning, implementation and change management.
Development of visual systems and transfer of identified good practices in a standardized network approach.
Build organizational alignment while consistently building awareness of KPI’s.
Develop control plans, as necessary, to ensure improvement results are effective and survivable over time.
Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant work experience (operations, production, maintenance, logistics, (process) engineering, continuous improvement, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree (degree related to technical, business or economics fields most applicable). If higher vocational training, then longer work experience is required.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate (also statistical) analyses and synthesize recommendations
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM
Must be willing to train as a continuous improvement expert as a minimum, within 12 months after assignment
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

You are a good communicator, verbal as written in both the Swedish and English language

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
As a member of the local management team in Alby, you will play a crucial role in the continued success of the Alby site.
