Your profile
* Master’s degree in engineering, including mechanical engineering/power engineering/process engineering or equal,
* Previous experience in Quality organization
* Fluent English skills in speaking and writing as a must, knowledge of Swedish language is of significant advantage.
* Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
* Knowledge of an additional language like French, Spanish, Russian and/or German is an advantage,
* Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality,
* Strong team player with good communication, problem solving, creativity and critical thinking skills, Networking, assertiveness, Process knowledge, organizational knowledge, quality knowledge based on ISO 9001, PE Guide knowledge, NCC knowledge, leading of intercultural teams
* Availability and willingness to start a permanent job in Finspong, Sweden,
* Domestic and international travel is required to support training, project presentations, bid clarification and project kick off meetings.

 

Your responsibilitites
* You will be assigned to Integrate Procurement in the project management process and project teams at an early involvement during sales phase.
* Handle, control and monitor all Procurement and if required Purchasing activities in a project.
* Establish and maintain preferred supplier lists (e.g. FPL) and introduces Procurement/Sourcing strategies targeting maximum contribution to the operating result under the consideration of product/service availability & quality and guaranteeing the observance of the Procurement processes described and optimizing deployment of resources.
* Drive the analysis of non-conformance data and the implementation of related action
* Support Lessons Learned and Best Practice creation and sharing with the aim of NCC reduction
* Act as multiplier of corporate memory.
* Monitoring of early warning indicators.
* Teach and train quality, NCC and CAPA awareness training
* Ensure that mitigation of Procurement risks, changes to original scope of supply and potential claims (towards customers and suppliers) are covered in valid contracts
* Be proactive and forward systematically all relevant Procurement information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants and relevant cross-functional partners up to date. Sensitize cross-functional partners for Procurement related practices processes and metrics.
