Continuous Improvement at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers to help deliver outstanding consumer experiences, accelerate overall business improvements and cultural change enabled through Lean & Agile methodologies across the organization.
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who can drive the Continuous Improvement agenda across Group IT.
A regular day at work
As Continuous Improvement Manager in IT, preferably based at our Stockholm HQ, you will work with leaders, teams, and ambassadors to:
•Identify, plan, facilitate and coordinate high impact improvement initiatives on various topics.
•Coach and support ambassadors in driving and executing CI initiatives.
•Build Continuous Improvement capabilities of employees in IT through running trainings and sharing success stories.
•Drive the CI certification program as part of capability building.
•Lead the planning and performance tracking of CI initiatives and overall footprint in Group IT.
•Work closely with stakeholders to innovate, promote, and share CI best practices.

Education & Experience
•At least 6-8 years of relevant experience after graduation
•Knowledge & understanding of problem-solving approaches based on Lean / Six-Sigma / Agile /Design Thinking
•Experience of leading/driving people engagement
•Strong project/process management and change management skills
•Experience in portfolio and resource planning
•Experience in remote management & virtual collaboration
•Experience in working in diverse, multinational environment
•Experience of leading and coaching others
•Previous experience in commercial/front-end roles in medium to large company or experience in a consulting firm and/or internal consulting unit of a large company would be beneficial
•Required: English (additional European language is considered a plus)
