We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive sustainable and transformational changes for Automation and Communication Product Group covering our manufacturing sites and delivery centers. You will be tasked with identifying, leading and implementing key CI initiatives across various value streams. You are expected to combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements. This role will require you to work with different levels in the organization in order to strengthen the Continuous Improvement Culture in a global business environment.
Your responsibilities
Mentor and coach business leaders and stakeholders to implement a Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework.
Responsible of developing, driving and executing the CI Framework across various sites within the geography in line with agreed targets and plans. Work effectively with other CI leaders to standardize processes develop best practices and implementation. Be an inspiring leader and knowledge expert in manufacturing production improvements.
Understand the organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs and suggest projects and improvement actions that support objectives.
Provide organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; track via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success.
Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves.
Drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on approach. Understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve business performance.
Work directly with key stakeholders across value streams and within various locations to achieve buy-in and sustainable execution.
Continually challenge conventional thinking and drive accountability for operational results for all locations and organizational structures in-scope including lead time, inventory, cost etc.

Your background
You have more than 5 years of experience from driving improvement projects in manufacturing, supply chain management or operations.
Track record of delivering continuous improvement projects impacting business results.
Developed Continuous Improvement plans into actionable initiatives & driving sustainable change.
Experience of being a Change Agent challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvement.
Having led teams across organizational boundaries as a project manager.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and conducting cycles of learning & kaizen event
Proven data and analytics skills.
Strong influencing and communication competence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter expert.
Fluency in English is considered as mandatory.
Willingness to travel around 30% within Europe.
