As a continuous improvement specialist with a special knowledge in FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) you will nurture a continuous improvement (CI) culture in Hitachi Energy, focusing on the customer by driving & coaching critical FMEA initiatives to improve our offer & quality.
You will be a part of a team that has a passion for continuous improvements and quality assurance. We have fun at work and what we do is important with a direct impact on our customers, co-workers and HVDCs success!
Your responsibilities
Drive, support & coach FMEA within manufacturing & engineering
Drive, support & coach failure investigations & root cause analysis with the use of L6S-methodology
Be a true ambassador for quality in establishing a stronger quality culture
Being a valued & contributing member of the quality team & in close contact with the line organization

Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you are analytical and structured with good communications skills and pedagogical ability
Ability to influence & drive initiatives in complex environments
You hold a university degree in Engineering or Quality and have work experience from quality management
Green or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
Documented experience from Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Proficiency in English and Swedish is required since you will be part of an international & local setting
