We are looking for a consultant that can work as a Contract Administrator for our client in the banking sector. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for handling rent agreements in the Planon system, supervising rent invoices, and assisting a real estate agency by extracting data. Proficiency in the IFRS16 standards, as well as strong administrative, accounting, and Excel abilities, are necessary for this role.
Primary Duties:
• Oversee rental agreements and keep precise records in Planon.
• Handle and finalize rent invoices promptly to guarantee on-time payments.
• Offer data assistance to a real estate agency and create relevant reports.
• Maintain adherence to IFRS16 guidelines in all contract and accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
• Experience in contract administration, with a focus rent contracts.
• Familiarity with IFRS16 standards and skilled in using Planon software.
• Excellent accounting abilities and advanced expertise in Excel.
• Strong emphasis on detail-oriented work and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
It is meritorious if you have experience from the banking sector.
