[ [ text-align centerContract Coordinator text-align centerFront office [ As a Contract Coordinator, you take responsibility of the entire license contract procedure and support the sales organization in the sales process.Your main responsibilities include supporting the sales department with contract management, administrative support, price lists, accounting etc.You will not only have a close relationship to the sales organization, but you will also interact and support customers in connection with contract negotiations, software deliveries, invoices, license questions and user measurements.The position includes daily administrative tasks.You report to the Nordic Contract Manager. You have an administrative / legal education (B.Sc.or M.Sc.in Business Administration and Commercial Law or in Economics & Business Administration) We believe you have some experience from contract management and license contracts.You are also used to working closely with your colleagues in the sales department.It is an advantage if you have knowledge of accounting disciplines and if you have some working experience with US GAAP or at least knowledge of accounting principles in general and revenue recognition in particular.You have experience in administrative tasks and routines at an operational level and good knowledge of MS Office.You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.We offer a position in a multinational company with great possibilities for the right person to grow with our organization.
