About the role
As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading the contract management staff and secure the contract change activities of all customer contracts. Your ambition should be to ensure top data quality in all contracts, for straight through and correct invoicing.
This role can be located in Stockholm or Gøteborg and you will report to Nordic Customer Onboarding & Contract Manager. The position is temporary until September 2025 with a start date as soon as possible.
You will:
* Manage and develop the Contract Management process for all customers & contracts to remove friction and secure high customer satisfaction.
* Be responsible for Contract Management on all services sold (Electricity, VAS, any other service) with the aim of achieving the required KPI's as efficiently as possible.
* Secure execution of any other related processes related to our customer contracts (i.e. renegotiations, contract changes).
* Keep up to date on new regulations and guidelines that affects Contract Managment.
* Lead and support the specialists in the team.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Business Unit, grid companies/HUB etc.) to secure accuracy at all times in existing contracts.
* Contribute to Nordic harmonization in way of working within Onboarding and Contract management.
* Report to Manager and Business Units for the measures on changes/updates for existing customers and VAS.
* Collaborate closely with process improvement manager to do continuous improvement in the processes.
About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
* Thorough understanding of sales and business operations.
* 3-5 or more years of relevant experience related to delivery/startup processes, administration and/or customer service.
* Leadership experience 2-5 years.
* Preferably higher education within business management, project management or similar.
* A process mindset.
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
