CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Manager to join our team in Linköping.
The Contract Manager has the overall responsibility leading the team at one of our clients, with presence in several cities in Sweden. The aim of this position is to lead the team to provide the best service to our clients.


You will be responsible for a broad range within Contract Management
* Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded
* Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender
* Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract
* Ensure the healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities
* Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence
* Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams, this includes succession planning
* Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues
* Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery
* Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
* Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE
* Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.

Your background
* High school diploma or general education degree required
* Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training Bachelor's degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred
* Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license may be required

Is this you?
You have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. You have also strong organizational and analytical skills. You know how to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to customers. You can handle sensitive issues and keep your integrity. Furthermore, you have knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Placement
The position is placed at CBRE's customer in Linköping. The employment is permanent.
