Job description

Nordex Sweden is now looking for a Contract Manager to join our team at the headquaters in Uppsala.
Main responsibilities
Supporting a busy projects department delivering wind farm projects across the whole of the Nordic Region (Norway, Sweden and Finland).
Cross-departmental control and processing of damage and warranty cases, taking legal, technical and economic aspects into account
Planning and implementation of claim negotiations as well as communication and correspondence with suppliers and service providers
Contract review and risk assessment of commercial and legal aspects in coordination with purchasing and the legal department
Development of standards and documentation of processes in contract management
Determination of key figures and development of improvement measures
Creation of decision templates, reports and analyzes
Data maintenance in the contract and claim database
Participation in the establishment, further development and sustainable maintenance of an internal knowledge cycle to ensure uniform contract & claim management

Job experience
Successfully completed studies in the fields of business administration, commercial law or law or a comparable degree with a focus on contract management
Several years of (> 5) professional experience in the field of contract management of an international company, preferably from the plant and mechanical engineering sector or a production-related industrial company
In-depth knowledge of national and international contract law – knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish contract law would be beneficial
Ideally, experience in after sales business and in warranty processing
Business fluent knowledge of English and Nordic Language would be desirable
Knowledge of project management as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
Independent working style characterized by commitment and a solution and team-oriented way of thinking and working
Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness, paired with high communicative and intercultural competence
