About the role
As Contract Manager you have a key role managing the administration of customer contracts at Pharmetheus. You will be responsible for processing approved proposals into contract documents ready for signatures on time and managing the contracts throughout their life cycle. Knowledge about contract details and an ability to analyse and report specific risks are essential for this role. You will be part of a dedicated adminstrative team and collaborate closely with Operations and Pharmetheus’ external legal support. In many cases, you will also serve as the point of contact between Pharmetheus and the customers’ contracting departments. Furthermore, you will ensure that the work process is in line with Pharmetheus’ policies, SOPs and values. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Work tasks include:
· Monitor the contracting process from the approved proposal to the final contract document ready for signatures
· Develop and organize the contract management to a smooth, streamlined process
· Problem solve contract related issues
· Create and maintain relationships with external legal support and clients’ contract departments
· Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts
· Maintain and develop contract templates
· Communicate and present information to stakeholders regarding contracts
· Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts
· Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts
· Report progress, identify risks and opportunities for work within own responsibility, ongoing and future
Who are we looking for?
Important skills:
· Higher education diploma in business administration, legal or similar
· Several years of experience in contract administration or a related field
· Experience in interacting and coordinating multiple contacts
· Experience from advanced use of Office programs
· Fluent skills in English and Swedish
· Bakground within the medical industry is considered desirable but is not a requirement
