Position:
Contract Manager with Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
For its location in Sofia, Bulgaria UnitedLex is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Contract Manager with Swedish/Norwegian/Danish. Primary day to day focus is commercial and contractual analysis and support services across client industries, advising on technology and outsourcing deals.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
· BA/BS required; preferably a Law degree;
· Fluency in both English and Swedish/Norwegian/Danish language;
· 3+ year experience in a law firm and/or global corporation. Outsourcing/supplier experience would be considered as an advantage;
· Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions;
· Demonstrable knowledge and judgment about contractual and commercial risks/issues in transactions;
· Good working knowledge of the fundamental legal provisions of commercial contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide advice and support in connection with a range of contract types, including drafting and reviewing change control notices, small contract documents, legal research and contract interpretation;
· Provide ongoing advice to account teams regarding legal and commercial implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts;
· Assist account teams with change control notices and amendments to existing agreements;
· Perform appropriate clinical, administrative and operational research to support proposal and contract development;
· Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
