Contract Officer







OHB Sweden is currently searching for a Contract Officer to their premises in Kista / Stockholm. You will be a member of the Project Office team and report to Head of Project Office. In your work you will be responsible for establishing contract documentation for our procurement of satellite equipment.

The position

You will have a leading role in negotiations with suppliers in Europe and the USA with regard to the required contractual framework. You will also be responsible for the negotiation and follow-up of customer contracts and be an integrated part of a project team. As the responsible person for handling of all contractual documents, you are expected to:

Drive contractual negotiations
Be responsible for the contractual framework for ongoing projects
Understand the contractual requirements applicable to procurement in the European space industry
Manage Non-disclosure agreements and support in change requests
Maintain and further develop internal processes with respect to contract management
Act as an interface to the contract department at group level
Act as an internal expert with respect to Swedish legislation

You as a person

We are looking for candidates with a University degree, preferably in law or economy, and currently are working with contract management in high tech projects. Also, the successful candidate has some years of experience from negotiations with both customers and suppliers as responsible for the contractual parts

We expect you to have excellent ability to reach agreements and results and are driven by creating long-term relationships with external parties. Further, you are confident about working independently yet having good ability to work in a team and to drive processes forward.

We assume that you are fluent in English.

Details for the position

It is a full- time position located in Kista/Stockholm. Starting date on agreement.

Due to export control regulations, an employee in this position is required to have citizenship within the EU or NATO.
