We are looking for a Contract Operations Specialist for a telecom company in Stocholm. Start in the beginning of February, 6 months contract to begin with.
Purpose: Support the contract owners in their work with the suppliers – ensure contract compliance, strengthened governance and increased commercial focus.
Responsibilities
Be the commercial SPOC for TnSE suppliers and manage post contract activities.
Strengthened commercial perspective, be an objective part that can challenge the suppliers, ensure actions when suppliers doesn’t perform, fulfill category procurement demands etc.
Ensure execution in compliance with all of our clients policies/Manuals
Facilitate tactical and operational meeting places / Stecos internally and with vendors
Ensure implementation of contract, follow-up of SLA/Penalty (Tactical, operational)
Follow up, analysis, reporting and escalation and recommendation of deviations from SLAs
Follow up that there are actions when vendors do not perform according to requirements in the contract and other agreed cases with the vendors
Distribution of reports/KPI’s to operational and tactical meeting-places and stakeholders
Maintain and reporting performance towards business case for a particular delivery within a strategic contract
Responsible for vendor assessment process including follow up of any quality reviews and audits.
Collaborate with support functions such as Legal, Security, Responsible business etc when needed

The ideal candidate for this position should have minimum five years of experience in contract management, category management, strategic sourcing or procurement. Preferably an academic degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant area. You are a skilled communicator and communicate without difficulty in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. For success in the position, good networking and stakeholder management skills is an asset. You are a team player who is also able to take on own initiatives and drive activities.
Experience within telco, tech or similar
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Team player and can-do mindset
Proficient in Category Management/Contract Management
Customer focused and service mindset
Strong and professional negotiation skills
Good understanding of Swedish/English contract conditions (implementing, handling and following up on complex contracts)
Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to business and challenges
Preferred IT skills: Coupa, Sievo, MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is in the beginning of February, 6 months limited contract to begin with.
