We are looking for a contract order handler to Global core components (GCC) within our deliver department, Lund.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with attention to details, who can take an active part of our project groups, as you will solve complex orders together. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize and focus in an fast paced environment, and enjoy working towards deadlines. We believe you are positive, easy to learn, responsive to the surroundings, have easy to collaborate and want to give our customers the best possible customer service.
About the job
In this role you have an important role and responsibility in our more complex orders. You handle everything from quotation to assembly, supporting the project managers in the various tasks as a team. Our products are having a great range of applications where our goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time at the right cost.
You are in daily contact with our suppliers, warehouses, customers/sales companies, project managers, quality assurance, bid engineers , business units and our Research & Development organisation
Working with continuous improvement is something that is part of our service.
What you know
Merit for those who apply for the position is specific knowledge and experience of:
* Work experience in project management (project orders)
* Supply chain experience, knowledge and improvements
* Creating quality control documentation
* Active involvement in problem solutions, projects lessons learned
* Jeeves or AX365 dynamics
* Logistics processes
* Relevant education (bachelor / professional)
* Lean, Six Sigma project methodology
* Microsoft Office
* Swedish and English in speech and writing (very good knowledge)
Meritable: Nuclear process knowledge, nuclear code knowledge (ASME III, RCC-M)
