MultiMind Bemanning is searching for a contract specialist to[an international company that is specializes in developing and marketing enterprise software products. The company has their Nordic head office located in Stockholm. The employment begins as a[six months assignment, with a potential recruitment. GENERAL FUNCTION:[ Provide overall contract drafting services typically related to complex and high value transactions. Ensure compliance with company standards is of utmost importance while maximising the company's revenue opportunities through the creation of high quality contracts. [ RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft non-standard contracts based on requests from Sales Ensure compliance with business practice and internal department guidelines Ensure all Revenue Recognition issues are highlighted to the Rev Rec team in the Shared Service Center Research product availability and check pricing related to specific quotation request. Research customer accounts/Agreements for historical data and/or general account information Review that appropriate business approvals are obtained before the contract is made available to Sales or customer Prepare order packages[ Enter transaction details into IT system for tracking and forecasting purposes Monitor status of outstanding quotes and keep system information updated Seek process improvements and streamlining opportunities Advising on approvals issues and the approval process to sales Working with sales to respond to specific sales opportunities Advise sales on issues affecting Revenue Recognition Drafting contract language where standard contract options doesn't cover QUALIFICATIONS: Two years legal experience and training, ideally within the contracts field Bachelor degree, Master degree or equivalent within law Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish Excellent communication and teamwork skills Well organised, detail oriented and accurate Ability to handle high stress situations Analytical aptitude and multi-tasking capability Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement Apply as soon as possible, we will intervju candidates continuously.
