Contract Support

The Program and After Sales Departments within Business Unit Underwater Systems governs the execution of our customer contracts. The context is an international arena with a solid foundation towards the Swedish customer. As we continue to grow we need further support while managing the business execution. Therefor we are looking to engage two people as Contract Support. Are you one of these - who can establish and maintain order?

Your role

The Contract Support needs to work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers and Program Quality Managers with the main focus to set and support a well maintained structure throughout our often long-term contracts/customer relationships. The tasks are both of planning and administrative character throughout contract / project execution. We work within our Business System IFS and will enter into Antura for our contract portfolio management during this year.

Other tasks are several but to mention a few:

* Maintain our Master scheduling for ongoing contracts within BU UW and be our Antura superuser
* Issuing Customer Orders, register Purchase Orders
* Handle input to shipping/delivery and invoicing processes
* Support our Program managers with contract baselines and maintain baselines through the contract
* Maintain our action and decision logs for contracts
* Establish and maintain routines for document management in contracts in accordance with our document management guidelines
* Point of contact for certain support obligations towards our customers
* Manage encrypted shipment of documentation / letters to customers and/or partners

Common administrative tasks could also be associated with the job supporting the contract execution, but our main focus is to involve you in 'operative tasks' within contract / project execution.

Your profile

As for most roles it is essential to have an interest for creating, maintaining and developing interpersonal relations in general. We are looking for a person whos character is associated with drive, has integrity and a desire to seek, identify and execute whatever is required to create flow within our contracts, department and Business Unit. We believe you are disciplined and well-organised, that you enjoy to bring order but also being able to balance between being meticulous where required and identifying when we have achieved "good-enough".

Other required skills are; good communication skills in English, verbal and written and Swedish citizenship since the role includes national defence secrecy.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
