Control and Assurance Manager

In this position you will be part of the Finance Transformation and Business Services organisation whose mandate it is to strengthen the global finance processes and to improve operational efficiency and provide necessary process, systems and project expertise to the global finance community.

As a first priority, in this role, you will focus on maintaining the existing environment of control.As a second step, you will drive change through reviewing and improving the methodology and the systems used to enhance control and compliance.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Define and monitor IT dependent controls as they must be performed in processes
- Define and manage segregation of duty conflicts
- Proactively identify, evaluate and implement best practice and continuous improvement

To achieve your objectives, you will have to work in close cooperation with

- The finance and business process owners and drivers
- The technical areas supporting SAP and ISP2
- User access and Local security administrators

You have more than eight years of working experience in finance and IT, preferably with audit experience.You are familiar with ERP systems - preferably SAP, and you have a keen interest in process and control .You have been exposed to a multinational corporate environment, and you hold a business degree or equivalent in finance & accounting.Fluency in written and oral English in combination with good communication skills is essential.
