Controller

This is a unique opportunity to come and join our Finance team in Wellspect where we bring out the best in people in our effort to make a real difference. We are now searching for a Controller to further strengthen our team at the Headquarter in Molndal.

As Controller for the headquarter functions you will act as a business partner for our R&D, Quality and Marketing organizations and work closely with managers in Wellspect management. The focus is on maximizing financial performance, planning and drive improvement of processes and systems.

Responsibilities:
Financial performance, forecast and budget
Provide support and advice to Function leads
Improve and develop financial processes
Administrate and improve Planning- and Reporting system (Anaplan/Hyperion)
Drive projects and business cases


Qualifications / Background:
A Master degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent professional background
A minimum of 3 years professional experience within Controlling
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in forecast- and group reporting systems, preferable Anaplan and/or Hyperion
Experience in BI tools, preferable Power BI
Experience in driving improvement projects
Excellent communication skills as the role requires close contact with several functions and Dentsply Sirona HQ in US
Requirement of the English and Swedish language, both written and spoken
Experience in Project Controlling is a merit
