The Role

Reporting to CFO, this position  will  be the  controller  of Trialbee AB  entity. Trialbee AB is a  Swedish based entity  acting as headquarters of  Trialbee. This  role will perform all accounting, treasury, tax and reporting functions of  Trialbee  AB and  consolidate  financials with the US entity. 

This position is based in Malmö, Sweden.

Responsibilities

- Lead and be responsible for the development of  Trialbee AB  bookkeeping  according to the  accounting manual 
- Register vendor invoices and payments 
- Create customer invoices and  follow-up collections 
- Book accruals, payroll  and any  other  general  journal  entries 
- Reporting  of  VAT, income tax and any other  tax  requirement for the Swedish based entity 
- Consolidate with Trialbee Inc financial statements 
- Responsible for monthly  financial reporting and year-end closing 
- Coordinate  activities with auditors and other contractors   


Skills & Experience

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting 
- Experience of working with reporting, financial  statements  and auditing 
- Knowledge and experience in developing processes and routines within finance  
- A good command of  Excel  
- Fluent in Swedish  and  excellent level of  English


Education

- Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree
