One of the five Business Areas (BAs) within Trelleborg, Industrial Solutions (TIS), is looking for a Controller. TIS consists of five Business Units (BUs) and has approximately 4000 employees in a global manufacturing environment with a complex legal structure. In this role you will be a part of a small Controlling Team located in Trelleborg and report to Vice President Finance & IT for the BA.

The main tasks that the Controlling Team is responsible for are:

Consolidating and analysis of weekly, monthly and quarterly results Preparation of monthly management reports and forecasts for the Business Area Securing the internal control environment and ensure alignment with the group standards and principles Taking active part in the business discussions and support the local Business Unit Controllers (5) within TIS by providing insightful analysis and sound advices Maintaining and developing reports, reporting guidelines, standards and systems Transfer pricing: drive and coordination between the company and the Group Tax Currency analysis and decision on hedging of flows



Your background

To fit the profile and be able to contribute you need a university degree within business administration or similar and at least +6 years of relevant work experience. You need to have a successful track record from one or a couple of previous controlling roles, preferable in decentralized and complex manufacturing environments and in international environments. To be the candidate that we are looking for you also need to bring a financial understanding and have genuine experience of accounting, reporting and financial analysis. The role also demands that you speak and write English fluently.
