Sandvik Mining and Construction in Sandviken is looking for a Controller Description We are looking for a Controller based at Sandvik Mining and Construction's Head Office in Sandviken.Today the department consists of three people and you will report to the Manager for Business and Financial Control.You will be working in an international environment with extensive communication with our subsidiaries worldwide.The right person will have good opportunities to influence the development of SMC's way of working with Finance. Key performance areas - Consolidate business area result on monthly and quarterly basis.- Drive budget and forecast processes.- Perform analysis and investigations and propose actions.- Develop efficient routines and tools for financial reporting and analysis.- Maintain and update policies and guidelines.- Participate in and follow up internal audits.- Participate in common financial projects within SMC and the Sandvik group.- Develop KPIs Your profile You have a university degree in Finance and about 3-5 years experience from finance/controlling.You are analytical and have the ability to prioritize and handle large amounts of information.With your strong communication and interpersonal skills you easily create networks in a flexible, fast moving matrix organization.We expect you to have experience from and an interest in IT tools and database management.The position includes some international travelling.
