Controller Assistant - Sales Control Team

JOB DESCRIPTION The Sales control team is responsible for the administration and control of Axis Channel Partner Program (CPP).As a controller assistant in the Sales control team you will be responsible for the control and administration of Axis distributors Point of Sales (POS) reports and rebate requests.You will also assist our project office with project pricing calculations.The POS reports are used for issuing rebates to Axis distributors, as well as key business intelligence.To secure that the data is processed the correct way you need to be in close contact with Axis sales department in several markets, and have a good understanding of Axis business model.In some of Axis newer markets you might also be supporting with the implementation of the financial routines related to the CPP. Except from the above you will also take part in various administrative tasks within the financial department. The position is based in Lund.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a service minded and driven person with ability to work without close supervision.It's important that you can handle multiple tasks and that you have a drive to develop within your work, taking on bigger tasks and performing tasks more independently. You have very good communication skills enabling you to retrieve all necessary information from our sales department.Furthermore you are structured, dependable and see great value in delivering results with high quality on time.Except from the above we believe you have the following qualifications: Completed upper secondary education within finance together with some years of related experience or a university business degree.Good knowledge within MS Office, especially Excel Fluent in written and verbal English.
