Electrolux IT is responsible for the IT strategy of the Electrolux Group and how this is implemented throughout an extensive range of solutions, systems and applications that are fundamental for all of the Group's operations around the world. Our 625 employees serve some 30,000 IT users at all levels of the Electrolux Group. CONTROLLER Objectives: To provide timely and correct monthly and ad-hoc analysis to stake holders. Participating in different projects and aiming for developing the way-of-working. Assume responsibility for the local site G/L accounts and balance sheet. Key operational responsibilities: .Work with monthly, quarterly and yearly closing in co-operation with Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC). .To ensure that the EBIT and balance sheet situation of the local site is reported accurately and in accordance with local laws, the Electrolux Accounting Manual, and Electrolux policies, with assistance from FSSC. .To prepare all financial reports meeting the stipulated deadlines and policies. .To prepare financial commentary monthly to explain variances. .Assure correctness of provisions. .Liaise with FSSC in all accounting matters connected to local site. .Performing special analysis and projects as needed. .Proactively work with improving way-of-work and spreading best practise within the IT organisation. .Support the Global Business Applications (GBA) and IT Operations (OPS) controllers with analysis and reporting when/where needed. .Provide professional support to relevant parties within the IT organisation based on own specialist area as required .Proactively assist with problem solving and issue resolution, taking full ownership where applicable .Maintain up-to-date specialist knowledge in area of expertise .Participate in the Budget process .Consolidate the IT operations globally Competencies needed: .Academic degree in relevant areas .1-2 years of working experience in a similar role. .Strong analytic skills .A hands on approach to solving problems .Knowledge of Electrolux group financial processes and procedures. .Quality oriented and team oriented. .An "everything is possible" attitude. .Strong drive to deliver support with autonomy and self motivation .English and preferably Swedish language skills (written and spoken), one additional language is a valuable asset.
