Join us as our Controller for a new and exciting business transformation program at Hitachi Energy!
In this role as Controller, you will be part of the implementation of a new standard SAP system (S/4 Hana) at Components unit in Ludvika. You will have the responsibility to drive the transformation project within the controlling department and support the business for continuous improvement. It’s an important role where your communications skills will really come to hand while working with both local- and global teams.

Your responsibilities
Support implementation of a new standard SAP system (S/4 Hana) by leading the project in the Controlling department
Provide targeted functional and technical requirements ensuring the completeness of the process as well as continuous process improvement
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business managers within and outside the organization
Get the opportunity to plan and conduct trainings to the final controlling user of the system
Continuously improve and suggest new ideas on how to optimize the implementation and functionalities
Support for the standardization and harmonization of processes
Take part in and drive reporting of deviations from standard processes to the project team

Your background
You have a positive attitude and ability to learn and grow with us to further extend your responsibilities
You are open to change and can deliver in a changing environment with new demands & driving improvements
You are a genuine team player that seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners
You hold a university degree in business administration, finance or accounting and have work experience, preferably from a similar industry
If you have knowledge of ERP systems (settings and processes), and especially of SAP S4/HANA, it is an advantage as you will be working in this environment
As you will be collaborating with people globally, fluent in English is required. Swedish is preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders.
