MultiMind is looking for a KPI Controller for our client, a large international tech-company, for a full-time, long-term consultancy opportunity starting mid-August.

The role MultiMind is looking for a KPI controller, who will focus on analytics and control of KPI's internally on a Nordic level. In this role, you will create KPI reports in Excel from different systems to see trends and analyze results, as well as notifying concerned departments and driving changes when needed.

Tasks and responsibilities Daily management of core KPIs such as C-RRR and other CS related performing indexes
Manage Excel files, including macro creation for KPI reporting.
Drive projects to implement new logics and improve KPI's
Regularly analyze data, and create and lead action plans for improvement.
KPI reporting in various systems.


The profile We are looking for someone who is analytical, and enjoys working with numbers. As a person you are serviceminded, driven and flexibel. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to working on several tasks simultaneously, while never loosing sight of the bigger picture. You are a do'er, focused on solving problems in a structured manner. 

Relevant higher education, e.g. Business Administration or equal
1-2 years of experience from similar roles, e.g. as a Controller
Highly skilled in Excel, including macro creation
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in English and Swedish
