As part of increasing Ruukki presence in the Scandinavian market, we are looking for a passionate Controller for our business area Building Envelopes.

The position
You will play a key role in ensuring reliable financial data from operations and in supporting the Scandinavian business area in their decision-making as well as preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting. Ruukki is in the process of establishing a new production line in SSAB facilities in Borlänge and the Controller will be part of the core project team and participating in creating the best conditions for the new plant. You will be working closely with the production organisation, SSAB Global Business Services, the Scandinavian management team and other stakeholders. Your tasks include also traditional controlling work with an emphasis on the follow up of Ruukki plants in Anderslöv and in the future Borlänge. As this is a new position, you will be able to influence the contents of the role.
The position is permanent, located in Anderslöv and reports to the Finance Manager BE Scandinavia. Some travel will be required.

Your qualifications
We expect you to have a BSc or MSc degree with several years’ experience in controlling or similar position. It is important for us to find the right person for the job and your personal qualities will play a vital role. We expect you to be business oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are not afraid to influence others across organizations or to take the lead in different development actions with various stakeholders. You possess a proactive and team player mind-set and you are able to achieve results and meet deadlines. Good Excel skills are required and previous experience from SAP is an advantage. The position requires fluent Swedish and English.
