Our customers are mainly construction and joinery companies, merchandisers and retailers. Wood Products operates globally and has more than 20 production units in Europe.

We are now looking for a Controller for Gruvön Sawmill in Grums.

Work description
As Controller you will be a member of the Operations Northern Europe controlling team. We offer you a great opportunity to be responsible for both mill level controlling tasks as well as some special assignments for total Operations Northern Europe unit. The work covers a wide range of controlling, analyzing & reporting tasks and offers a possibility to participate and run development projects. The position is permanent.

In the role as Controller your main responsibilities will be:
•Support management on reaching and understanding operational objectives
•Management financial support for decision making
•Closing processes
•Reporting and rolling forecasting
•KPI analysis, follow up and feedback
•Develop processes & tools for Operations Controlling performance management
•Ensure Operations Controlling Compliancy to rules & legislation
•Testing, documentation and compliance of internal controls
•Pipeline profitability
•Internal controls

Qualifications
Much of the work is self-directed and requires a high amount of proactivity and motivation. Therefore you have a sense of responsibility for daily routines as well as for demanding tasks. We are searching for a person with strong work ethic and with ability to multitask and quickly take in new information. We believe that you as a person are curious with strong analytical skills together with a structured and systematic approach.

You have a candidate degree in Economics and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in production controlling. You are fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English.
