Controller to an automotive company in Gothenburg

We are looking for a Controller to a big automotive company. This is a consultant assignment through us at Poolia Väst. We are looking for someone that can start working in the beginning of January on full time. The contract will last until January 2024 and there might be possibilities to be extended. Responsibilities
Controlling is a true business partner to management of all parts of the organization to drive and support financial business performance, risk management and value creation. Following tasks will be a part of your working day:

• Define financial steering principles to support the business models.
• Develop, implement and manage policies and guidelines in relation to forecasting, financial ratios, performance indicators, cost calculations, working capital management and investments.
• Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions.
• Provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision making. Provide management and board with financial preformance reports and analyses including recommendations and early warnings.

Your profile
We are looking for a consultant that has previous experience from working as a Controller. We also see that you:
• Have a bachelor degree in Economics, Business or likewise education
• Have at least 3-5 years experience of a similar role
• Have great skills in both swedish and english
• Have previous experience of working in a global environment
• Are analytical and detail oriented
• Are structured and have great skills in planning your time
