About the position
Epiroc Drilling Tools AB is now looking for a Distribution Center (DC) Controller at the head quarter in Fagersta. In this role, you will play a key role in developing strong control environment for Distribution Center in Fagersta. Your primary  responsible is to maintain and develop of the monthly closing and reporting procedures, to ensure high quality in financial and business analysis of operational activities and to participate in the development of business system and other application support for financial control of operations. This is accomplished via rigorous process and data analysis, creation and automation of business system requirements and effective project management.

In this position you will be a part of the DC Business Controller team, you assist Manager  Distribution Center in day-to-day financial control and accounting activities by analyzing business risk and opportunities, assist to conduct financial analysis to improve business profitability and efficiency, in reviewing and developing processes and tools for high standard internal control, to coordinate planning and follow-up of financial outcome. Further, you will review for accuracy, maintain for consistency, and develop for efficiency processes in Distribution Center (product line reporting, tem cost accounting, indirect cost accounting, functional cost reporting and inventory management reporting). In this position, you will maintain and develop procedures for calculation and execution of cost allocation and distribution and also support in process of application for investments and follow-up of effects.

You will report to Manager Distribution Center.

Requirements
In this position, you need to have a Controller mind set with the vision how to build and maintain the control environment. Corporate reporting will be in line with IFRS and “The Epiroc Way”. We believe you have a Bachelor´s degree (Master´s preferred) in audit and accounting or equivalent. You have three to five years working experience as a controller or chief accountant.

To be successful in the position you need will efficiently utilize own time, available resources and budget to fulfill the Company strategy. Further, you will demonstrates the professional behavior in action at all times and has a natural instinct of how to act in accordance with this skill.

Full proficiency in Swedish and English both written and spoken. Preferred knowledge of the following programs is a plus: M3/MOVEX, QlikView, Click&Decide, ECS/GPS, SAP.
