Are you a motivated professional financial expert on Gross Margin and Mix, interested in FMCG? MultiMind is seeking a Controller for one of our clients, a global actor in the FMCG industry for their Nordic headquarters in Stockholm.  

About the role   As a Performance Management Analyst for the Nordic cluster you would be part of the Nordic Finance Excellence Team, which represents the heartbeat of business partnering and performance management for the entire cluster.

The role is supporting the Finance Excellence Team Director to initiate actions with business teams, Country Leadership Team, and Finance Business Partners. This includes providing regular and actionable decision support to business teams focused on topics such as: price, cost, mix and gross margin. The role interfaces across various stakeholders including finance, marketing and sales - putting you on the frontline.

The Performance Management Analyst reports into the Nordic Finance Excellence Team Director and is based at the Sweden Country Office in Solna, Stockholm where we offer an international and fun work environment in a fast paced industry.

 

Key responsibilities Business partnering and insight

• Act as the lead Finance expert on Gross Margin and Mix, use tools to resolve challenges, help drive improved business performance and ensure in-market competitiveness

• Own the profitability roadmap for the cluster, drive insights and appropriate actions to drive profitability improvements on category level
