Job Description
•Key driver of end of books analyzing/reporting
•Key driver of budget and forecast process
•Create reliable tools and reports for financial control for production department, projects, administrative cost centers
•Contribute to the visualization of financial numbers to different part of the organization
•Drive monthly rolling forecast for the total business to be able to react proactively
•Support in establishing relevant KPI:er ad follow up of these which connect plant activities to financial impact and see signs early for proactiveness
•Support in transferring current finance/ERP system from M3 till SAP
•continuously drive and improve financial processes such as CAPEX/OPEX approvals, full cost calculation and business case analyses
•Asset management from - decision-order-purchase-activation-scrapping
•Coordination and prioritization of the controller team of two persons

Skills and experience
•Production/Product controlling competence and experience from industrial/manufacturing
•IT-competence, Office package, ERP and finance system specifically
•Experience and good knowledge frpm working in ERP and Finace systems as M3, SAP, etc - knowledge in SAP is meriting
•Excel-expert
•Power Point presentation
•Access/SQL-familiar

Experience of work in larger corporations and reporting to group functions, mgt teams and to internal funtions

Experience from analyzing and presenting result plus capital assets for larger industrial companies

•Fluent in Swedish and English. German is meriting
