In this function your main responsibilities and tasks are:
Responsible for the controlling function for the BMW Group National Sales Companies of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark and the importer markets Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Responsible to derive and define targets within the organization of BMW Northern Europe together with the CEO and CFO and securing the setup of tools and processes to measure target achievement accordingly.
Implementing controlling structures and processes on market level incl. adjustments required by organizational, legal and technical changes.
Responsible for all business cases for the units BMW, MINI, RR and Motorcycle.
Steering Cost of Wholesale and Capex for all markets.
Steering of local profits in line with tax requirements in close collaboration with functions in the headquarters and the local accounting function.
Developing existing BI reporting solutions to excellence and establish further artificial intelligence use cases into daily operations.
Leading a highly motivated and agile team of seven employees.
Substitute of the CFO.



Pre-Requisites for the role:
You hold a university degree, preferable in business administration or finance and management and gained a registered accounting degree or equivalent during your professional career. With around 8 years of relevant work experience you have proven to be able to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines and you are driven by a high level of self-motivation. You enjoy leading, supporting and coaching your team members, and you communicate trust based, open and transparent across diverse cultures.
Since we are an international organization, you are fluent in English and at least one more Scandinavian. You have the willingness and flexibility to travel and bring strong analytical and technical skills in BI software, R/ Python and MS Office.
The position reports to CFO, Northern Europe. The role is based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
