Controlling Officer to our customer in Stockholm
Do you want to explore the insurance business through its financial reporting, controlling and planning? Are you interested in working in an international environment and get insights into finance/ accounting in different countries? Will you be glad to communicate in English daily both with colleagues within the region as well as in our regional office? We are looking for a service minded and business oriented Controlling Officer to our customer in Stockholm. Are you the one we are looking for?

Job Description

• Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial reporting
• Address local specific reporting requirements along with standardized Region/group reportings
• Manage and update the localbusiness reporting through standard reporting templates
• Monitor and coordinate local budgeting process
• Adjust standard business reporting whenever necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to manager and if neccesary to local board
• Continuosly analyze of content financial administration in detail and overall figuers in order to guarantee quality and consistency of the data
• Follow up on ad hoc request for information and analyses
• Set up budget and monitor actual figures are in line with budget
• Define KPI and monitor

Your Experience and Qualifications
For the position as a Controlling Officer we are looking for a person that has the ability to think quick, be able to translate complex information in clear and efficient reports. Have a minimum of 5 years working experience, advanced Excel knowledge, understanding of the local market and regulatory environments. Strong knowledge in accounting rules, confirmed technical knowledge of Finance systems, Swedish and English written and spoken..
